1. What types of organizations does CorePath support?

 - CorePath works with small to mid-sized businesses, growing organizations, and operations with large frontline teams. We support industries including manufacturing, food production, logistics, distribution, retail, and professional services.

If you work with people — we can help.

2. Do you offer on-site and remote support?

- Yes. CorePath provides a flexible mix of remote and on-site HR partnerships, tailored to your needs, location, and the nature of the work. Investigations, training, and culture work often benefit from in-person support, but many services can be delivered remotely just as effectively.

3. What is fractional HR?

- Fractional HR gives you access to an experienced HR partner without hiring a full-time role.
You get ongoing support each week or month — perfect for businesses that need reliable HR expertise, structure, and guidance, but not a full-time employee.

4. What’s the difference between fractional HR and project-based support?

- Fractional HR is an ongoing partnership — a set number of hours each week or month, supporting your leaders, people operations, and day-to-day needs. Project-based support is defined work with a beginning and end: policy overhauls, investigations, culture work, training, or special initiatives. Both options can be blended depending on your goals.

5. Do you handle workplace investigations?

- Yes. CorePath offers impartial, structured, and fair investigations for concerns involving conduct, safety, harassment, or conflict.
We ensure documentation, communication, and recommendations are handled with care and professionalism.

6. Can you help with safety and WCB-related needs?

- Yes — through our Safety & Compliance pillar. This includes incident reviews, documentation, safe work practices, modified work planning, and support navigating WCB expectations.

7. Do you support unionized environments?

- Yes. CorePath has experience working within collective agreements, supporting leaders with documentation, communication, and fair application of processes. We approach unionized environments with clarity, consistency, and respect.

8. What industries do you have experience in?

- We’ve supported organizations in manufacturing, food production, transportation, retail, agriculture, packaging, and corporate environments — including large, complex operations with diverse workforces.

9. Do you offer supervisor or leadership training?

- Yes. CorePath provides both custom training and ready-made courses (see the Training & Resources page). Topics include investigations, communication, performance management, leadership fundamentals, and change management.

10. How do we get started?

- Most partnerships begin with a short discovery call to understand your needs, challenges, and goals.
From there, we recommend either fractional support or a project-based plan that fits your organization’s size and priorities.

A simple, clear next step.
